Vlocity

I joined Vlocity as the first UX designer in the customer success team in August 2016. Through trial and errors at the first few projects, I came up with a design process to work with my delivery teams, including Delivery Managers, Solution Architects and UI developers. I began to advocate the value for UX design and educate coworkers the process by training new hires at bootcamps, presenting at global team all hands meetings, and documenting the knowledge and project deliveries in Confluence.

My work at Vlocity could be categorized into two major types, Vlocity product design and Vlocity consulting. 

Vlocity Product Design

Vlocity offers enterprise cloud solutions with an industry-specific and omni-channel approach. Besides consumer-facing UI, we also design internal/developer tool to facilitate the work. 

Vlocity Consulting

I have worked with more than 10 different clients across multiple industries over the course of two years. To name a few, I have worked with Verizon, Telus, Telstra, Farmers Insurance, Blue Cross Idaho and etc. I would participate in the requirement gathering workshops, communicating the design approach, and presenting the solution to the technical team and business team.
